Pros

Truthfully, not many. Outside of work, the people were fun, but there were too many shenanigans.

Cons

A lot. This is a farce of a job. It is solicitation in its purest form, and that's about it. They will word it differently but that's exactly what it is. There is very little entry pay and I personally, was not helped by my "leader" that much. They go into jobs and bug people who are currently working and try to get then to switch cell phone providers. It is a farce and I recommend staying away. My first day, someone asked the "owner" what I should do and her response was "have hin play games". I wanted to work, and not play games with anyone.

Pros

Seems fun at first

Cons

In the interview you are told many things: There’s base pay No Seniority No favoritism And many other things when they are indeed false. Even when you make a certain amount of money it isn’t guaranteed to you due to cancels or other reasons. You could literally work 60+ hour weeks and sometimes only receive $200 of $600 you actually made. It’s made out to seem like this wonderful company but if you aren’t willing to lie and cheat people then this isn’t the job for you. But if you’re willing to rip people off and work 6 days a week for 9-12 hours if not more then go for it. It might seem good at first but don’t let them fool you.
