- Tech is always having issues and no one to solve the problem
- Company culture is very toxic.
You are expected to work with little to no training and or guidance. They tell you in the beginning that mistakes are okay to make until you make them, and you get ridiculed or fired for it. Supervisor has little to no compassion for people's personal lives, Supervisor says they have a system in place and never elaborates what that system consists of. She takes on tasks that have nothing to do with what we work on, then disappears for days on end and expect you to pick up the slack and blindly know what is needed. Supervisor also talks down on people's intelligence. You will not have job security. They fire people on false accusations and are never transparent about it.
