Pros
You get to spend time familiarizing yourself with VR headsets as part of the work. The owners also do have employee treat days and will plan things for everyone to do once in a while.
Cons
I had a lot typed out, but at the end of the day, I still care about the people I knew who weren't the owners, and I feel like saying everything I know and feel could have a negative impact on them. The owner is a racist, sexist, paranoid and delusional hypocrite who doesn't believe in science and actively propagates debunked conspiracy theories from medicine to technology. He actively advocates against real medical knowledge, both for you and your children - colloidal silver, anyone? He has very little functional understanding of what goes into the work, as well as little patience to figure it out, and treats business trips like frat house weekends.
