Pros
Flexible working environment, Polystar is not a 9-5 culture and working hours fit around customer demands rather than keeping strict office hours. Open door policy means you can generally contact anyone without an appointment (CxO, VP, etc), the company doesn't have a P.A (personal assistant) culture. Staff attitudes are open and friendly.
Cons
IT support systems could be much better (CRM, project management, fault ticketing systems). Top down management approach, means often some of the best ideas and solutions from experienced team members are never heard or considered.
