profit hungry. Staff cuts constantly / hour cuts. Awful HR response. Feels like its you against the company instead of them working with you.

*PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October.
*You can't make up hours
*High Turnover
*Management Reactive, Not Proactive
*Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should.
*Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
