      Pros

      Training is provided, very friendly atmosphere, good group of people. Fun environment, good pay. Opportunities to work in other establishments.

      Cons

      They company employed too many staff, so there is not enough hours. As this is a catering company they are not very good at managing the bars.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      The location in which I worked didn't mandate breaks or lunches. Overworked

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
