      Really good communication skills always let you know when an opportunity comes up from the ashes to ibrox stadium lots

      Cons

      Took about a year to get a wage rise as I was doing a job that I was qualified for but was not getting the right wage for it so I asked and waited and waited finally got it through perseverance

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
