      Pros

      Changes are underway, strong leadership in some channels. Small enough for you to make an impact. Have strong overseas leadership and will be pumping into N. America funding for growth. They also pay well, but do keep in mind, change in constant.

      Cons

      Some Channels have been doing it this way, for way too long. The channels with strong retention are good signs...dig deeper on turnover/retention.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
