      Pros

      I really enjoyed working for this company, although the starting pay was on the low side, the benefits we're good and had no waiting period. The management team were great to work with as we're the team members. Once I was furloughed due to COVID-19 they paid my insurance for three months. I was offered a promotion

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
