      Good work and home life balance . Opportunity to progress. Freedom to manage your team and unit . Good back up from upper management.

      Cons

      Restrictions by client. As we were restrained by our client not enough freedom with menus and buyers . Tight labour restraints.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
