      Pros

      The work was flexible, which was great for me as I was able to come back to work during my university holidays.

      Cons

      The 0 hour contract was less helpful for some of my colleagues who requested more hours but often did not get the hours they needed. The management was also less than satisfactory, resulting in demotivated staff.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      The location in which I worked didn't mandate breaks or lunches. Overworked

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
