Great coworkers and experience. Multifaceted job with good pay once it was built up. Never the same day or the same client.
Cons
Only worried about the bottom line since the acquisition. Don't care about the loyal employees that got them where they are.

*You can't make up hours
*High Turnover
*Management Reactive, Not Proactive
*Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should.
*Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
