      Some colleagues were nice, only the people who were also as lost as I am

      Too many to count. No support, the area manager at the time hung up on me when I was ill and tried to fire me. I was crying in front of her and she threatened my job

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
