Worst Experience - Senior Consultant Eliga Innovative Employee Review

NOTE: All the above reviews are written by their fake people. No Pros I have observed since I have worked over there for almost 1.5 years.

Management will not listen to you, ignorance is the policy of this company. Will give you 1/2 of offered salary. Nano time management, sometimes if you consume a bit more washroom time, they will put that time in excel for later use or will use it on appraisal time. Will not consider the importance of your call, if you contact them today they will reply you after 2 days. They will blackmail you if you leave the company on your wish, they will ask for 2 months salary if you leave the company. They will give wrong feedback to the next employer to spoil your career. They will eat you last month salary - suppose if you serve 2 months notice period they will give you 15 days salary.

I have been working for last 5 years at Eliga and my experience working with the organization has been phenomenal. I have been working over 5 years on the same client project and the learning curve has been good and have had flexible working environment as I had to move to another city. The interaction with the team have been great and have been happy working here.

Any onsite for technical writers will be a plus
