Cons
There is a long list. • The end to end process of company will run according to the direction of CEO (hereafter referred to as Management). Simplest of simple thing has to be approved by management, without the approval you cannot move forward. The management decision is final even if it is wrong. • The work timings are a big joke. Only for the name sake it is 9.5 hours, but employees end up working for more than 11 hours almost every day. Employee has to take permission to logout even after completing 9.5 hours. • Performance feedback is not at all proper, as mentioned earlier; the management can terminate any employee without even giving a proper reason. • If you are joining this company, you should be ready to work on each and every task given by the management; if you cannot perform then it will be considered as you are incapable of working in this esteemed organization.
