Pros

Great product, salary above average.

Cons

Awfully immature leadership. Hours are long with little reward or recognition. Leadership thinks being part of ElevenLabs is a reward on itself, so don't you dare ask for extra shares or any kind of reward for exceeding your targets, this is a startup. The culture is terrible. All remote team with siloed communication. ElevenLabs operates on need to know basis, so it's extra difficult to properly sell. The team is either over hyped or disgusted at what is going on. People are summarily dismissed with no warning or conversation with the rest of the team. No career growth unless leadership likes you. Leadership likes you if you agree with them and work 70 hours a week.

Pros

I love the whole vibe of the company, it’s fast paced but not in an insane way, but in a motivating way.

Cons

It’s contracted, would be nice to be benefited, but honestly overall, very happy.

Pros

High inbound volume, name carries weight with customers

Cons

Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
