I am paid fairly for my work and offered rate increases where appropriate. Colleagues speak to each other in an equal-to-equal way. There are no (apparent) office politics, rivalries, or resentments. There is a balance between top-quality service and empathy toward freelance workers' needs. I can decide when, where, and how much I work. There is a wide variety of topics to write on. I receive detailed feedback from editors. I'm constantly learning and developing as a writer.
Cons
There is no guarantee that client commissions will come through in a given month. However, account managers tend to communicate changes in content quantity transparently.
