Pros
Eleven has a nice office- if you are in to the trendy industrial design thing. You can also bring your dog to work.
Cons
Eleven tries to portray itself as a "cool" place to work. Yes snacks are provided and there is the occasional happy hour, but all of this does not make up for the fact that the salaries are pretty dismal. I don't want cool things like puppies in the office and concerts. I want to be fairly compensated for my work. I think young/ entry level people are more likely to fall for the cool aspect. Realize that at the end of the day all these "extras" don't matter if you are struggling to pay rent and/or can't afford things like vacations and restaurants.
I also didn't find the atmosphere all that friendly or family oriented. Sure, the people aren't horrible, but I found Eleven's way of communicating to be cold and passive aggressive for a place that professes to be open and amicable. The vast majority of communication about my work was sent through email. I would be talking to a manager and everything seemed like it was going well. Then later, I would get a long email in an overly professional tone from the same manager about the things I'm doing wrong and other things I should be doing. BUT NOBODY WOULD EVER SAY ANYTHING TO MY FACE. And it wasn't just one supervisor who communicated in this way, but several.
