Pros

Positive people are around and very educational and fast paced.

Cons

Everything is misleading. You’re not allowed to ask questions in your interview and if you do they have scripted responses. The “the opportunity” sounds great. But realistically it is a a huge secret society. They brainwash desperate people into dedicating their lives to the dream of being a campaign manager. Realistically, some people are successful in the industry, however the illusion of being a campaign manager and being “free” is a lie. One day off a year is true. I suggest researching Credico, Smart Circle, Cydcoor, Appco. This CEO has changed the name of her company at least 3 times since she has been in “business” to avoid these reviews. Caliber, Swish, Elevation, Dice, are all the same person. The CEO is delusional. I don’t think she realizes that she is actually brainwashed herself.

Pros

Let me get this straight. This was by far the most fun job i ever had. I love all the people i worked with It was a motivating environment. High pay POTENTIAL FUN ENVIROMENT

Cons

The business is built on lies and they teach you it. The business is clearly a pyramid scheme but they will never tell you upfront that it is. You work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and are still expected to write a paper about your goals for next week on your off day. No guranteed pay. You can literally work 60 hours in one week and make $0. Not to say that happens but i definetly seen individuals work there butt off and only come away with 200-300 dollars. In the interviews they are not upfront about what the business is. In fact once you make it to team leader you are actually advised to not tell the full truth about what an individual will be doing all day. This causes tons of people to leave there first day because they have no idea what they signed up for. Most will probrably work the hardest you worked in your life and wont see the compensation for it.
