Nothing! Was an amazing undergraduate opportunity.

The mission to the community is necessary and patients truly need SCCCC as a resource.

Financially unstable and unsustainable with little concern from upper level management. Patient satisfaction and access not a priority. No transparency in how decisions are made from the top down, lots of empty promises made to employees they can’t afford to make. Absolutely no diversity outside of lower level roles.
