Pros

Competitive Pay Unlimited PTO* Good Facility *They now have an internal structure of how employees can use their PTO.

Cons

Management here often promises improvement, but conditions only decline. While they push to cut costs, they implement wasteful processes instead. Some teams are buried in work, while others coast. Talented, hardworking employees struggle with the poor work-life balance, leading many to seek other opportunities. Stress and unrealistic deadlines create a toxic environment that affects everyone. Some folks get promoted every cycle, some are working twice as much with no recognition. The company assured employees there would be no further layoffs, yet they proceeded with another workforce reduction recently.
