Poor Management, unorganised, dismissive - PR Executive Elevate PR Employee Review

I've been working at Elevate Communications for just shy of two years and I couldn't be more appreciative of the kick-start the company has provided my career! Starting off at the company as an intern, the team at Elevate have been nothing but supportive of me and my career progression - The Elevate team mentored me through my university studies, allowing me to work flexible hours to finish my degree before taking me on full-time once I graduated. I can't thank Mel enough for the career opportunities and support she has provided me a young and emerging professional! Without her trust in my abilities and support, I wouldn't be where I am today! The team environment is fantastic - With drinks every Friday and regular social engagements outside of the office, Elevate really is a close-knit team who work together to achieve great results for clients.

With 10 years in the industry, I know what makes a good agency, and Elevate emulates all the qualities I look for. Structure, processes, teamwork, vision, empathy and fun all make me enjoy coming to work at Elevate. Mel has engaged a fantastic team to support her vision, and gives the freedom and flexibility for us consultants to shine. She is very accommodating towards staff needs and I love that she is not a micro-manager. She is very trusting and that makes us just want to work harder. Much of the business growth comes from referrals, and I have also recommended industry contacts to the business - both actions say a great deal for the company.
