Pros

Flexible Hours. Reasonable pay. No commute - you work from home. Opportunities to advance your position and increase pay. The hours you get are determined by your availability and how well you tutor. Tutors have a supervisor (APM) to help with any issues they may encounter. A great job for stay at home parents, military spouses who constantly relocate, or anyone who would rather work from their couch in sweatpants with a cup of coffee in hand. For the other reviews who are saying they are having trouble contacting parents...they have the wrong company. Elevate K12 has no contact with parents. This is a program students do online during the school day.

Cons

Sometimes tutoring sessions are canceled last minute by the schools - however that is not the company's fault. Anyone who has ever gone to school and/or worked at a school knows that assemblies and emergency closings can occur without much notice.
