Pros

I thought about this for a very long time, absolutely nothing comes to mind. This is where dreams go to die.

Cons

This place is run like a playground complete with the yard bully and a bumbling recess monitor. The attitude overall is condescending, vindictive, rude, unprofessional, and juvenile. The leaders of the company are so incompetent that turnover is through the roof and every employee from top to bottom often spoke candidly about their disgust for their decision to work there. More than 100% turnover during my time there. It's a revolving door of lunacy and petty politics. They do allow pets there on fridays, but then the pets defecate on the carpet and the owner takes hours to pick it up. They management often talk about people's personal details including wages and benefits in a public forum. They make crude often political or sexual comments, also in public. There is a culture of sexism and good ol' boys. They do have Friday lunch, but the owners often openly complain about that privilege. They do offer work life balance in your initial offer, but that really does not exist. Clearly they have lately incentivized posting positive reviews on here, but don't let it fool you. Most of those people posting on here are some of those who were openly complaining about this place before.

Pros

Entire management team was very supportive and informative throughout the experience. Took extra time to ensure that I was growing and learning new skills and tools along the way. In person event experience was also very engaging.

Cons

Fully remote internship meant not as much interaction with the entire team. Client-based work left some variety in work level over the course of the internship.
