      - Ideas or cafe changes are always acknowledged/entertained - Great communication between owners and staff - Set schedule that always allows for at least two days off between work weeks - Free coffee and one free meal while on shift

      Cons

      Only 4 employees, so shift coverage can be a bit hard, but the owner always steps up and fills in when needed.
