Still the worst - Safety Manager Elevate Aviation Group Employee Review

Working at Elevate MRO’s BJC facility has been one of the most rewarding stops in my aviation career. The hangar truly feels like a family—everyone looks out for one another and pulls together when a job demands extra effort. Long days and overtime do happen (it’s aviation, after all), but the pay structure recognizes that commitment.

Because we’re still expanding the operation, every technician has a real voice in shaping procedures and standards. That freedom comes with the usual “new-company” growing pains—larger capital decisions can move slowly—but management is genuinely supportive and open to ideas.

Many great people swimming against the cultural disfunction

This place has been the worst place to work in this industry for 20 years. The few employees that last longer than a year or so are the kind of people you don't want on your team. Your reputation will suffer from working here.
