Pros
Good benefits and pay, and a hybrid option are excellent.
Cons
Management is horrible—salary and working 12-hour days and weekends. As I was not allowed to take PTO from September to December, I was informed of this at the last minute, so I was unable to use my PTO before then. There really is no point in the company offering that as a benefit if they will not let us use it. No work life balance.
