Pros

Only thing that’s a pro what’s the fact that we were able to work at home and the medical benefits

Cons

Reposting since it was removed… company is a terrible company to work for. I was in my position for three going on four years and management never wanted to promote you had managers and supervisors that didn’t want to do. Their job management was always super nosy when it came to bereavement for the amount of work that we had to do we were severely underpaid. They wanted us to go above and beyond in our position, but the pay never reflected. I was actually skilled in multiple positions where I should’ve been paid more, but they didn’t want to do that. They were recently under investigation because they never promoted people. You had people that were customer service reps for 8 to 10 years but managers never wanted them to promote them. They never promote from within. They always go outside and find other people literally never took the job serious and I’m so glad that I was able to leave and find another job where the work environment isn’t toxic and I get paid twice as more than what I would’ve been paid at this job.

Pros

Good Benefits and insurance Groceries benefit School reimbursement Gym benefits Hospital indemnity Insurance Remote work convenience

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
