Pros
It was a good company that offered good benefits and great pay. I started as a contractor and three months later, I was hired as a permanent associate.
Cons
I worked in one of the call centers, which I hated. I tried to move into a different department, but it was hard to do. Therefore, I left the company for a position that was not in a call center. After I left, the call center at Anthem closed down.
