Pros

They were flexible with doctor's appointments

Cons

It is a requirement that employees volunteer. The employee healthcare benefits are awful. The company went from being work-from-home to requiring employees go to a physical office at least once a week (which adds zero value), and more for management. During a townhall meeting, the speaker bragged about how much money the company makes "in its sleep" yet gives employees 2% raises and terrible healthcare coverage. There is a product manager on the Medicare side who works in healthcare yet is very anti-vaccine, makes ignorant comments about autism and mental health disorders, has referred to black people as "blacks," and is very outspoken about being anti-Biden/Obama and very pro-Trump. She makes every conversation about politics. She has made disgusting comments about "illegals" which was very inappropriate for the workplace. I have a disability and have gone to this manager multiple times about the office being too hot for me and to be able to do my job and nothing was done about it. These are the reasons why I left the company.

Pros

Good Benefits and insurance Groceries benefit School reimbursement Gym benefits Hospital indemnity Insurance Remote work convenience

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
