Pros

Good work-life balance and a great company mission. Eletive have been on a fast growth journey and it is fun to be part of that. Despite sales the pressure is comparably mild, lots of tools and workshops for development. Eletive are always developing and implementing new processes. There are career opportunities if you stay in the long-run

Cons

Processes can be unclear as they often change. The way some colleagues have been treated by management is questionable, there seems to be ego involved. The company is currently focusing more on growth than on quality from my perspective.

Pros

Working at Eletive has been a truly rewarding experience. There’s a strong sense of trust and autonomy – you’re encouraged to take ownership, and your ideas are valued. The people are not only smart and driven, but also kind and collaborative, which makes everyday work both fun and inspiring. Leadership is transparent and genuinely listens, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow if you’re proactive. I’ve been able to shape my role and take part in projects outside my initial scope, which has helped me develop both professionally and personally. Things move fast, and not everything is set in stone – but that’s part of what makes it exciting. If you enjoy a dynamic environment where you can have real impact, Eletive is a great place to be.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of right now!

Pros

- some (secretly) based people are so nice and friendly - free fruits & tabletennis

Cons

- crazy 3 staged application process even for a entry position like a BDR absolutely not worth the hassle - let me perform a language test in my native language I graduated in which I thought is very weird (just read my publications) - slim to none possibilities to grow in the company - progressive attitude (attitude over results) - desks are too small, chairs are too cheap - based people need to make a secret out of it
