1) Focus is on creating Buzz and Advertisement rather than getting the basics right. IPO is the ultimate goal so that current Investors can cash out. 2) Company hired more Project Managers/Senior level staff than actual resources on ground in last 1 year 3) Product quality is not their forte. Only focus is on gaining more business. 4) Scarcity of resources who actually understands about different aspects of Airline Systems
