      -Medical insurance (you don't have to pay when you see the doctor) -Mostly understanding and supportive parents

      Cons

      -Unappreciative supervisors & boss -Incremental leave (starting at 12 days) -Required to send a photo of your air ticket/itinerary before you travel -No OT pay & always lacking manpower
