It is a small company with few rules. You're able to have some flexibility with your schedule but a lot is expected from you in return.
Cons
As a small company, Elemetal has a problem with nepotism. If you're related to upper management you get perks those hired from job sites like Monster.com do not. It can leave employees feeling slighted and bitter if they believe others are receiving more PTO or higher commission rates based on who they know within the firm.
