Laid back working environment, jeans are acceptable to wear to work, somewhat flexible with hours, lunch is provided at hq, gym is provided at hq and friendly fellow coworkers.
Cons
Small company, lousy time off policy (5days per year), inadequate upper management, nepotism, not appreciative of employees and no real HR department to speak of.
This is a smaller company that will always put close friends and family before the well being of the company and as a result the company has a high turnover rate with very unhappy employees. Hours are often longer than the 9a-5p work day and there is not extra compensation or bonuses given to show the employees their work is being acknowledged or appreciated.
