Pros
Great culture, partners are very receptive to teach and mentor associates and get them on projects. Work life balance is very good, not like normal consulting or banking. Flexible work from home, for now.
Cons
Promotion and career advancement is questionable. Bi-yearly review for bonus and potential raise - however criteria and assessment is vague. Still waiting to see if promotion is reasonable and how much salary raise will be... so stay tuned
