Cons
Pay is matches market however not generous. Inadequate support or encouragement of work-life balance or employees with part-time evening study. Rate of restructuring management and line managers is too fast. More talk and beginning new initiatives without closing or spending sufficient resources on improving or closing old initiatives. Encourage employees to speak up and contribute ideas however there seems to be lack of sincerity or recognition, let alone seriously considering the ideas.
