      Salary on time. Good leave plan (availing it is mercy of your manager) Good Lunch plan, unlimited tea & coffee,free snacks. Cab facility

      Cons

      No promotions, Bad Manager attitude (some are in that company from ages, so they feel they own the place) No respect for Asian voice, Forget salary hike, (Lucky number is bw 6 to 9%)
