The company culture and environment really take you. So far I have only met very respectful individuals, all willing to get someone new up to speed really fast. We all know how to train someone from the bottom up because we all watched and followed the same training when we first started. The manager is a good coach and mentor. A good balance between a friendly and a professional approach. There’s always a balance between building your confidence and making you focus so you can achieve a lot more.
