It's a SCAM - Sales Representative Element Events Employee Review

-They make you believe this is it! and this is the best company to work for, I was told hours will be 9-5, but that was just another white lie, considering I was expected to reach by 8am Sharp and I'd get home by 8pm! - They say we'll pay for commute etc but when I was about to sign the contract, they completely denied ever saying they'd give compensation for commute. - I was never told the contract will be for an INDEPENDENT SALE ADVISOR! you literally have nothing to do with element events! I was on the job, I got sworn at, I got yelled at, some guy even groped me! and even then i was expected to 'keep working' or it'd be considered weak 'work ethic' - Unless you have sales experience already DO NOT JOIN! - Every day there were about 2-3 new employees. Wasting the candidates time and their own!
