      - Transparent leadership - High functioning organization - Meaningful & challenging work - Autonomy - Great place to learn and grow (up to a point)

      - Instability after acquiring another company in 2023 - Culture in flux post-acquisition - As a smaller company you can "max out" career growth, and have somewhat limited opportunities outside of balancing people management with client work
