Great staff Opportunities for redundancy are great . If you like travelling miles and doing little work this is a great job. Great head office, shame its hundreds of miles from all the work.
Cons
Trying to be a big fish but abusing its staff along the way. used buyouts of various organisations without the vision to know how they fitted together or where they could take them. Very poor communication. Keeping individuals on temporary or short term contracts Lack of an operational plan and vision or direction. sub contracting all operations eventually leaving no UK manufacturing operations. No engineering support from head office No H&S support from head office Too many people trying to make a name for themselves
