Pros
Nice offices in Cambridge, fellow employees (not management) are humble and kind. Good office location. Office is quite empty and not packed with people.
Cons
Been in Elektron for less then a year but this is how things seem like to me. Agree with other reviews - there are the managers and the rubbish. At least that is how the management seem to think. Staff are treated like garbage. The company structure is very layered almost like army style. When the management mess up the employees are made to suffer. They are always looking for new employees to replenish the ones that have already left. The office seems to have a cloud over it. Employees look unhappy and are not appreciated. Checked share price on stock market - seems to be heading south. From what I hear there was and are frequent wasting of people sessions via forced redundancies.
