Modern office. I love looking at my screen and plan how I can get out of here.

Total and complete mismanagement from the CEO down to the middle management. Every manifestation of mismanagement you can conceive is performed here. This company should be thriving instead it is just surviving (with the occasional dodgy accountancy practice helping to bolster figures). CEO and chairman are famous amongst shareholders for their ability to acquire and destroy perfectly good companies. CEO is immature and lacking the skills to manage any company. The Cambridge management team are some of the most useless and out of touch charlatans I have worked with. I would like to say it has been a pleasure to work here...but I would be lying. I have no confidence in the Cambridge management team making any sensible decisions. If you listen in the office you can hear people regularly mock the management (which shows every one else is thinking the same)

Agree with the previous reviewer that there are exciting products to offer and the growth potential is there for the taking.

The new products they have developed either don't work or cant be made in a timely manner. Factory issues are immense and if the customers knew a fraction of the issues, they would never buy from Elektron again. Management in Cambridge is inept and weak. They dont understand what it takes to run a successful organization.
