Pros

Leaving this company did not negatively impact my career—in fact, it was a relief.

Cons

My experience was not at all good. Some reasons are 1. It was a remote location; you were forced to go to a location that took 1 to 2 hours' journey. You might possibly think and complete a job during that time. 2. There are no accommodations; you have to cook for yourself. That will possibly take 3 to 4 hours in a day. 3. The salary is terribly low; you have to manage the bills. Any smart decision is seen as intimidation. The R&D manager lacks the smarts. He doesn't have the eye to see if something works before building it, and if it doesn't work, what could be the reasons. 4. The manager is kind of emotionally immature and autistic. He told me once he is taking advantage of the friendship between him and me (we were classmates, and his family owns the company) during a serious discussion. 5. The company has no funds. He told me many times they were running out of money when I asked him about the low pay. 6. One of the affiliated companies is possibly involved in corruption with the railway department. They tampered with the test equipment in front of the officer who comes for inspection—no wonder the railway has many accidents. During my time, I observed a design flaw in some transformers. I ordered them to stop manufacturing immediately, but management didn't want to waste the raw material. 7. I don't think the company will be successful. If in any case it is successful, it will only mean the failure of India as a country and, especially, the failure of the education system. 8. For the readers, I want to say that this company should be your last backup plan. You are welcome to reach out to me on LinkedIn for more clarification.
