Pros
Technology developed by EPHL is marvelous, but don't care about employees. Joining electropneumatics is like entering a fish trap where the exit is not easy.
Cons
If management finds that you are searching another job, the torture starts. The advance material issue comes on your head, false aligations comes on you. There will be some documents that proves you have made huge financial losses to the company. As soon as you leave the company they will keep your all payments on hold and will not respond.
