It has an excellent team and a great company culture. I learned a lot, and it was a great summer.

Pay is fair. Company is growing rapidly

All aspects of PTO (Vacation, paternity/maternity, bereavement) are poor. Insurance is average to mediocre. No one seems to understand what happens with upper management. Most decisions make no sense and have unrealistic expectations. Hourly employees are perpetually in mandatory overtime.
