Co-worker politics - IT Software Electrolux Employee Review

My experience has been negative because of a co-worker experience. Constantly negative behaviour towards bullying new hired employees. This is all based from experience and a solid proof that this co-worker does not have the ability to perform equally on a multicultural environment. A 14+ year Software Engineer has left the organisation and has been performing effectively I reckon because of the same reason. Please be careful this is a serious matter. Also, please beware that this will be engaging a setup to fail activities upon signing up.
