      Pros

      Steady work. Decent benefits. Little stingy with vacation time.

      Cons

      No performance reviews at all. Leaders operate in their cliques with their favorites and treat other in their own department like gum on your shoe. HR went thru 4 managers while I was there. 3 plant managers and 2 Directors. What does that tell you?

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
