Pros
Large multinational organization. Good representation of cultures/ nationalities. Very inclusive. Good systems/ tools to work with. Strong focus on investment to fuel future growth. Good location. Lots of opportunities/ potential to grow. Good benefits. Hybrid model 3 day/ week at office.
Cons
Business is very dependent on consumer demand. When market is suffering, the work/ life balance of a lot of its employees often suffers (more work with less resources). Company is quite slow to adapt to changes due to existing cumbersome processes. HR not very good at communicating. Remote work from abroad is strictly forbidden (unless justified for work related reason and submitted to manager for pre-approval)
